Made from all-natural, sustainably sourced raffia and banana fibers, the basket showcases a unique blend of natural and AZO-free dyes. The dyes are crafted from plant materials grown in the artisans' villages, requiring extensive knowledge and skill.

The hand-dyed raffia is meticulously twisted and wrapped around banana fiber coils, resulting in a sturdy structure and intricate designs. A convenient hanging loop on the back allows for versatile use as wall decor or a tabletop centerpiece. Each basket is handmade at home, with weavers dedicating several hours a day to their craft while managing household responsibilities.

Due to the handmade nature, no two baskets are identical, ensuring each piece is special and unique. Handmade in Uganda, the basket measures approximately 18" x 4", making it a striking addition to any space.
