Each piece is meticulously handcrafted by skilled women artisans in Central Uganda. These artisans are part of a cooperative that empowers disadvantaged communities, including widows, the disabled, and those living with HIV/AIDS.

Our baskets are made from all-natural, sustainably sourced raffia and banana fibers, dyed with AZO-free synthetic dyes. A convenient hanging loop on the back allows for versatile use as wall decor or a tabletop accent.

The creation process is a labor of love, with weavers dedicating several hours each day to craft these beautiful pieces while managing other household responsibilities. Due to their handmade nature, no two baskets are identical, offering slight variations in size and color that make each one truly special and unique.
