The basket is made from all-natural, sustainably sourced raffia and banana fibers, ensuring an eco-friendly choice for your home. The unique blend of natural and AZO-free dyes, derived from plant materials grown in the artisans' villages, adds bold and vibrant colors to each piece.

The intricate designs are achieved by twisting and wrapping hand-dyed raffia around coils of banana fibers, creating a sturdy and artistic structure. Each basket is handmade at home, with artisans dedicating a few hours each day to weaving while managing other household responsibilities.
